Return & Exchange Policy – Thyme Road

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels and seals intact.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, perfume bottles that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@thymeroad.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or wrongly sent.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfume bottles

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us on the day of delivery with supporting photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
